Yeah... I know, it's scary to think... But it wasn't always this way, so the real question is - what changed?
You see... In 2012, I was miserable. As a young 32-year-old guy with no obvious health problems and what multiple doctors and specialists would call a ‘clean bill of health’, I was plagued with fatigue, brain fog, recurrent infections, and kidney stones.
I should have been in the prime of my life, maximizing time with friends, family and being the best version of me. Instead, I bounced from doctor to consultant to specialist and was pumped-full of antibiotics whilst simultaneously being told there was nothing wrong.
And it wasn't until I stopped focusing on the "traditional" ways of "health", and took matters into my own hands, that I started seeing some progress.
Ever since I started "biohacking" my life's been getting better every day, waking up more easily, looking and feeling better, and shocking my family and friends with my new lease of life.
